Westgarth Ensemble
at
St Paul's
The Westgarth Ensemble first performed at St Paul’s in 2015
with a concert called “Who wears the Pants” featuring music written for castrati.
From our first concert with Gluck’s Tendre Amour (Orphée et Eurydice), to a piece byVenetian Baroque composer Barbara Strozzi from our most recent 2024 concert;
we’ve selected some of our favourites, including music by Handel, Vivaldi and Amy Beach.
Plus, a bonus never performed by us at St Paul’s.
We will be accompanied by the multi-talented
Campbell Banks on both Cello and Piano.

from the 17th to the 19th centuries
